Chiltern Learning Trust

A Message from Adrian Rogers, CEO of Chiltern Learning Trust

At Chiltern Learning Trust, we are proud to be a family of eighteen schools across Luton and Bedfordshire, unified by our values and dedication to working towards the collective good for all students.

Our mission is to ensure that all students across our school communities receive the highest standard of teaching and learning, helping them to achieve their full potential and receive opportunities beyond what they might receive elsewhere.

Our Vision

We strive to educate, empower, and inspire generations of children through a network of outstanding schools that are recognised locally, regionally, and nationally as benchmarks in teaching and learning. To achieve this, we invest heavily in teacher training and staff development through the Chiltern Training Group (CTG), an ‘outstanding’ Initial Teacher Training provider, and the Chiltern Teaching School Hub (CTSH), which supports professional growth at every career stage.

Our Values

Our values are at the heart of everything we do as they guide our actions, shape our culture, and inspire our community to strive for excellence. Developed in 2024, our values are the product of a highly collaborative input process from students, staff, leaders, and the wider community. These values drive excellence and ensure that every pupil is supported in their journey towards success.

Supporting Our Schools

Our dedicated Central Team includes specialists in education, finance, HR, and IT, providing essential support to ensure our schools thrive. This enables our educators to focus on what truly matters—creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where every child can reach their full potential.

For further information, I invite you to visit our website and to connect with us on social media to discover the work we do with our schools, students, staff and community.
