Governors & Trustees
Chair of Governors' Welcome
As Chair of Governors at Lea Manor High School, I am pleased to welcome you to the Governance Section of our website.
I joined the local governing body when the school joined the Chiltern Learning Trust in August 2023. I work in another local multi-academy trust which has a feeder primary to Lea Manor High School, therefore, I was keen to be able to offer my service to the school leadership team by joining the governing body. The opportunity to support and challenge the school on their improvement journey with ‘no shortcuts to success’ is a privilege to be part of.
The mission of the school in their commitment to nurturing the learning community so that it is happy, ambitious and thriving is paramount to young people, staff and families alike. Having previous experience of both headship and chairing a governing body, I feel I have the right values and experience to lead the governors of Lea Manor High School.
I welcome partnership between the school, its families and the wider community and I look forward to working with Ms Pather and her team, the Marsh Farm Community and the Chiltern Learning Trust now and into the future.
