Transition to Year 7

Starting high school is an exciting new chapter in the lives of young pupils, filled with opportunities for learning, growth, and making new friends. Here at Lea Manor, we are committed to supporting you every step of the way, ensuring your transition is smooth and enjoyable.

Year 6 Information Booklet

Transition Passport

Each pupil will receive a Transition Passport on their first day. This will help them adjust to their new school and will start of their high school journey. A copy of this booklet will be available here on the website once this has been given out to all pupils.
